Castiglioncello :
The most romantic village on the Livorno coast
Castiglioncello is perched between pine forests and white cliffs whilst overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea. Well-known for its beautiful beaches, coastal views and picturesque sunsets, Castiglioncello became a popular holiday destination in the 1960’s made famous by flashes of paparazzi hunting for the famous faces of the Italian dolce vita: Sofia Loren, Aldo Giuffré, Alberto Sordi, Vittorio Gassman, Guido Mannari and Marcello Mastroianni. During this era, Castiglioncello was used as the set and main backdrop for Dino Risi’s famous film, Il sorpasso, starring Vittorio Gassman and Jean-Louis Trintignant, which is still talked about today.

Quercianella :
Quercianella is a charming seaside village located on the Etruscan Coast, in the province of Livorno. Nestled between the Tyrrhenian Sea and the lush green hills, Quercianella offers a peaceful and picturesque setting for visitors seeking a relaxing beach vacation. The town is characterized by its beautiful rocky coastline, crystal-clear waters, and tranquil atmosphere, making it a popular destination for both locals and tourists.
Quercianella has ancient origins dating back to Etruscan times, and it was later inhabited by the Romans. Throughout history, the village was a popular retreat for nobles and artists, who were drawn to its natural beauty and serene ambiance. Today, Quercianella has continued to retain its authentic Tuscan charm.
